| Gavin Ward started drawing and painting wildlife as a child. At the age of 15, The Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Slimbridge commissioned a 6' x 4' oil painting depicting a rainforest and a collection of rainforest birds, which the artist presented to Sir Peter Scott at a special ceremony. Gavin worked as a graphic artist in the print industry for ten years. |
