Rowland Suddaby
East Anglian Village Scene

| Rowland Suddaby was born in Yorkshire, and settled in Suffolk after the War, and was a founder of the Colchester Art Society. Most notable for his scenes of East Anglia, which have an unmistakeable spontaneous vitality and richness of colour. Rowland Suddaby's work is found in many public collections, including the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Government Art Collection and the Arts Council. Exhibited at the RA, RBA, NEAC, LG and many galleries. |
