Trevor Chamberlain
b. 1933
Has painted full-time since 1964 having previously worked as an architectural assistant. His main subjects are marine, figure, town and landscape. Atmosphere and light are important elements in his work. He works primarily from life completing paintings in one session, on the spot (alla prima). Has received a number of honours and awards.
