| Frank Lewis Emanuel was a painter, etcher, black and white artist, designer, teacher and writer. Emanuel painted landscapes, portraits, interiors and architectural subjects. Studied University College, London, Slade School and Juliens, Paris. Frank Lewis Emanuel exhibited at the RA 38 times, and at many leading societies and galleries. He travelled widely, and was a prominent opponent and critic of modern art. |
